Most hard problems get easier once you separate the actual constraint from the institutional folklore around it.

The hardest problems rarely fit neatly inside one organization, one authority, one policy, or one person’s lane. They live somewhere between what the law permits, what policy requires, what institutions are accustomed to doing, and what people are actually willing to support.
I get deep into the problem, find the real constraints, identify the decision points, understand who needs to be in the room, and build the trust and alignment necessary to move the mission forward.
